My Stockphoto Experience

4 months ago, when I read an article on Popphoto about the new adventure of selling pictures online with $0.25 payout, I thought it's an interesting concept, and besides I do have lots of pictures taken during the last three years with my trusted Nikon D100.

I have no big expectation for this, but after I started, little did I know that it's very addictive, even though you are only making dollars and cents, but the fun and the recognition from this is truly enjoyable.

As an amature photographer, I go out to shoot some pictures, and share with friends and family, hope to get encouragement and praises, but the stockphoto business give you recognition with people all over the world buying your pictures, pretty exciting, isn't it?

Think of every day, there are about 30 people buying your pictures, isn't that encourging.

So here I like to share some of my experience, so people who wish to start this can learn from my mistakes, and enjoy doing stock photos as a hobby...
